Plumbing Leak in Nashville Tennessee

We were called out to this gorgeous home in Nashville, TN after a serious plumbing leak in the second floor came down to the first floor. Water moves toward the lowest area, and homes are no exception. SERVPRO of Southeast Nashville had to remove parts of the ceiling, drywall, and electrical fixtures. Drywall also had to come out. 

Once we did the demolition of the damaged areas, we dried the areas that could be restored. We also fixed the leak.

We also did some major restoration to other damaged parts of the home, as well. The owners were very pleased with the results and they were happy that we completed the restoration so quickly.
